If you are a good swimmer, and you like to have the opportunity to train for the sea, then this session is really for you.
Just because of the buoyancy of the water, the results may be various and impressive regardless of age, and physical and training conditions.
To execute exercises in the seawater you have to activate muscles in a way that you usually don't use as you exercise on the ground. This means as a result that you also strain the joints and muscles less.
We start by performing exercises in the seawater to warm up all the body muscles by enhancing blood circulation.
According to your age, physical condition, and training experience we execute exercises also on the surface of the sea.
At the end of our session, to bring your body back to normal, we stretch out on the beach by taking deep inhalations and exhalations by the sea.
