In case you don't know the answer, we would like to inform you that it's the sole of your foot!
If you are feeling bored about training on a hard surface or want to try a completely different workout, then it’s about time to train on the sand.
Working on wet or dry sand the difficulty may be completely different, so…you decide how your session is going to roll.
The muscles of your feet need to perform 1,6 to 2,5 times more mechanical work just in order to walk or even stand, just because of the surface.
The sand will make it hard on you...cause you have to make more effort to train on the beach to improve your physical condition.
We take advantage of the slight fluctuation in the natural ground that may increase the equilibrium concentration
Train by the sea, take deep breaths, and enjoy the Greek sun, after a walk/tour of the city of Athens, or before your vacation on a Greek island !!!
So imagine all the benefits of training on the sand surface...
We start by performing exercises in order to warm up all the body muscles by enhancing blood circulation.
According to your age, physical condition, and training experience we execute exercises by standing up or laying down on your mattress or towel.
At the end of our session in order to bring your body back to normal we stretch out, by taking deep inhalations and exhalations by the sea.
So last but not least, you send away the stress you may feel, and the negative thoughts you may have, and ground back your body to ...Mother Earth.
