Waking up in the city of Athens, enjoying the beautiful scenery by the sea, and the wonderful sun.…are reasons that you may want to activate your body and “charge your batteries.”
Stretching exercises are considered essential for a healthy body.
The purpose of this exercise program is to improve mobility, relieve some forms of pain, maintain or restore joint mobility, strengthen body weak points, or even injury prevention.
Stretching regularly can improve blood circulation.
Improved blood circulation increases blood flow to muscles, which gives a lot of benefits to the body.
Stretching exercises can reduce musculoskeletal pain, this can lead to a more correct body posture.
If you want to send away all the stress and the bad thoughts, you have had during your “winter working mood” breathing and stretching exercises may be the best recovery solution for your physical and mental health.
Your session will take place for an hour at at Falirou Marina. No matter how hot the day may be, the temperature will be always wonderful for us to feel comfortable and cozy.
After the session, we will go to a local restaurant to enjoy our Greek breakfast.
We will taste local yogurt with honey, juice, rusks with marmalade, and of course...Greek coffee that it will be made for us with a lot of “Meraki”.
